MEMBERSHIP POLICY
In order to secure the discount and priority booking, all monthly memberships are prepaid in full and due the day before the monthly members week 1 scheduled car wash appointment.
All car wash appointments are strictly based on calendar availability. Depending on the calendar availability, monthly members get to choose a specific car wash day and time that will repeat each week of the month.
For example: If you choose 11am on Monday, then that will be your scheduled day and time
for each week in the membership month.
Should you need to reschedule any set appointments, we require at least a 24hr notice. If monthly member does not give 24hr notice of a need to cancel or reschedule, said car wash appointment for that week is forfeited.
Additional services can be added to any membership appointment for the following week.
